Anki Gundhäll Wood

Anki Gundhäll Wood Journalist and Project Manager. Anki writes articles, analyses and information material for a host of clients including The Olof Palme International Center, The Swedish Integration Board, The National Agency for Higher Education and The Institute for Future Studies. Project Manager for the International Square at the Gothenburg International Book Fair (the square features three stages and around 30 stands for NGOs, national agencies, companies and other institutions with an international orientation to present their work). Anki has been a freelance journalist and editor since she graduated from the Department of Journalism, Media and Communication at Stockholm University in 1987, with the exception of 1994-98 when she was Press Secretary at the

Swedish Ministry of Education and Science. She has a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, French and Philosophy. Anki has worked as a reporter and editor on the radio, the daily press and within the trade and organisation press. Her specialist areas include foreign policy, development cooperation, integration issues, higher education and research. For two years she was Press and Publicity Manager for the Independent International Commission on Kosovo led by the South African judge Richard Goldstone.

Anki has studied at Stockholm University and the Sorbonne in Paris. She speaks English and French.
