Events
We can offer a wide scope of communication services; from the strategic planning to organizing and designing events and producing invitation letters. Our vast experience and knowledge as well as extended network enables us to prepare, plan and coordinate large events. Since 2002, we have been one of the driving forces of the International Square at the International Book Fair in Gothenburg.
In order to achieve optimal effect and obtain defined goals it is necessary that the event is put within context of a communication strategy plan. An action plan for the production of the event should also be developed.
The following aspects should be addressed;
- Define goals
- Identify target groups
- Make an analysis of internal and external conditions
- Choose an optimal mix of channels and activities
- Time frame
- Budget
- Follow up/evaluation
Each part of the event should also be examined in close relation to the overall goal of the event as part of a long-term strategy.
We have produced information material for a great number of events on behalf of Sida, Plan Sweden, the Olof Palme International Center and others. As consultant and dialogue partner we were involved in the planning of the HIV Hope, Insight, Vision, conference organised on December 1, 2003 by Plan Sweden in cooperation with Sida and the Noaks Ark Red Cross Foundation. During Spring 2004 we produced The Baltic Week, on behalf of Sida. Our assignment covered the entire event; from contacting media, planning seminars, producing information material as well as the logistics. A total of 70 seminars where organised during the week.
