Between 2006 and 2008 Global Reporting assisted the Ukrainian Government in their efforts to improve their dialogue with citizens of Ukraine. The project focused on capacity building of high-level communication officers within the Cabinet of Ministers, the Presidents Office, the Parliament and key Ministries. The work also involved producing a communication handbook, a web site, organising a series of workshops and study visits to other countries.
